Late and No-Show Policy

At Foundation In Troy, we are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized attention to each of our patients. To ensure that we can continue to offer the highest level of service, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals and missed appointments:

1. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid impacting other patients’ appointments. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.
2. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, a no-show fee of $30 or your package session or treatment will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and allows us to offer timely care to other patients.
3. Special Request: If you have any special requests, please let us know when you book your appointment. You can also leave a note when booking online, and we will do our very best to accommodate you with care. 
4. Hijab: If you wear a hijab, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a more comfortable and private setting for you.
5. Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please inform us. We will prepare a pregnancy pillow and use pregnancy-safe shampoo for your comfort.
