Late and No-Show Policy

At Foundation In Troy, we are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized attention to each of our patients. To ensure that we can continue to offer the highest level of service, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals and missed appointments:

1. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid impacting other patients’ appointments. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.
2. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, a no-show fee of $50 or your package session or treatment will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and allows us to offer timely care to other patients.
