To better serve you, we are planning to introduce online booking starting in November. The recent occurrences of last-minute cancellations and no-shows have been challenging for our business, but what concerns us the most is the customers who want to visit us but struggle to secure appointments.
To address this, we will be implementing online booking, reservation deposits, no-show fees, online gift card purchases, online wish-list, and online package purchases. I would like to apologize in advance for any misunderstandings and miscommunications that may arise in the first couple months.
