Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
Deposits
- A $30($50 for Essential beauty package) deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service.
- Deposits will be forfeited in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
Required Forms, Consent & Allergy Disclosure
- All clients are required to complete intake forms and consent forms prior to receiving any treatment.
- Clients must inform us directly of any allergies or medical conditions, including but not limited to nut allergies, prior to their appointment.
- Failure to disclose allergies or medical conditions may increase risk, and the clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
- Failure to complete required documentation may result in delay or cancellation of your service.
Pregnancy Notice
- Clients who are pregnant must inform us in advance when booking.
- Please note that certain treatments may require you to lie down for extended periods (60 minutes or longer).
- While our products are generally considered safe and gentle, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to booking any services.
Head Spa / Hair Treatment Disclaimer
- Certain treatments, including head spa services, may cause fading or alteration of hair color, especially for recently dyed or chemically treated hair.
- We strongly recommend consulting with your hair stylist prior to your appointment.
- By receiving these services, you acknowledge and accept this risk. The clinic is not responsible for any changes to hair color.
Third-Party Bookings
- If you are booking an appointment on behalf of another person, you must provide the client’s full name and contact information at the time of booking.
- The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that the client is aware of and agrees to all clinic policies.
Hijab & Privacy Accommodation
- If you wear a hijab, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a more comfortable and private setting for your visit.
Gift Cards & Bundle Packages
- All gift cards and bundle packages must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.
- All gift card sales and Bundle packages are final and non-refundable.
- Gift cards must be used before the expiration date.
- Expired gift cards will incur a $10 monthly reactivation fee.
- Gift cards that are more than 6 months past the expiration date will no longer be valid.
Personal Belongings
- We recommend that you avoid wearing jewelry or bringing valuable items to your appointment.
- The clinic is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings, including forgotten items.
General Courtesy
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.
- We strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients—please be mindful of noise levels and phone use.
